Politics along the Wapack Corridor

“As American as Apple Pie” Candidate Meet and Greet Event at Woody’s

On Saturday afternoon, October 6, 2012, over 60 individuals from towns within the Wapack Corridor — including Temple, Greenville, Wilton, Peterborough, New Ipswich and Sharon — gathered at the New Ipswich farm of Woody Meiszner to meet and greet local candidates for the New Hampshire House of Representatives, the New Hampshire State Senate and the United States Congress. They sampled home-made apple pie, hot mulled cider, hot coffee and fresh baked donuts while hearing presentations by Annie Kuster, US Congressional Candidate;  Steve Spratt, Richard McNamara, Jennifer Daler and Kermit Williams, all NH State Representative Candidates;  and Peggy Gilmour, NH State Senate Candidate.

I tried to get Boone to go. He said he wasn’t a democrat. I tried to tell him thats the point. You listen to them, then you wax eloquent and they hear something to make them think. Right? But he wouldn’t go..

Wish he had come, Ann. We’ll personally invite him to our next event. Thanks.
